Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you total command over your mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply select the email mailbox you want to forward mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
